Citizens Advice Camden is a well-respected local charity with more than 80 years’ experience of delivering free, independent and impartial information, advice and casework services which meet the changing needs of local residents.

The Training & Advice Supervisor is a key member of our Community Advice team working on two vital functions, the recruitment and training of advisors and the supervision of the core advice service. In doing so, you will help ensure we provide a quality advice service to Camden residents across face-to-face, telephone, video channels and other digital developments and ensure the contract targets, outputs and outcomes of all the generalist advice contracts are met.

This is a dynamic role suitable for an individual who is able to work flexibly to juggle both parts of the role and prioritise each depending on the service needs.
