Dunstable and District Citizens Advice is seeking an administrator to support the Foodbank Advisers and the office. We are an independent local charity that provides free impartial confidential advice, information and support to anyone in Dunstable and provides access to justice for all. We provide free confidential advice online, over the phone and in-person. We deliver targeted services to particularly disadvantaged groups and in the most deprived areas. We use evidence from our clients to raise awareness about the issues that adversely affect people’s lives.

The successful post holder will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support to the Advice Services Team who are working both in the office and remotely, as well as supporting clients contacting us for advice, via face to face, email and telephone.

  • You will be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and have a keen eye for detail.
