Citizens Advice Mid-Bedfordshire is looking to recruit an Advice Session Supervisor. You will join our team to support and supervise the delivery of our advice service in our Biggleswade Office. This includes our daily advice sessions delivered via face to face, telephone and email.
You may already be a Supervisor but we will also consider applications from candidates with advice experience who have a demonstrable ability to complete our training route and gain the knowledge to become a Supervisor.
We are looking to cover session Monday to Thursday, 6 hours each day. We are currently hybrid working with the office open on a Tuesday and Thursday, but are moving towards having the office open Monday to Thursday. We will consider applicants for a minimum commitment of 12 hours to cover 2 of the days.
You will be a team player, with a passion for making a difference to the lives of local people, and the ability to contribute to and support the delivery of high quality advice to those who need it.
We offer a 6% Employer pension contribution and 33 days holiday (including statutory bank holidays) pro rata each year.
