We have an opportunity for someone with Help To Claim experience to join our team providing telephone and Webchat support for Universal Credit claimants.

  • If you have experience working in Help to Claim or similar then we would love to hear from you.
  • We will consider applicants looking for part time or full time hours and are flexible on the number of hours you may be looking for.
  • The successful applicant will work from home and will provide advice and support to people enquiring about entitlement to Universal Credit.
  • You will be joining a small team who work closely in a supportive and collaborative environment and are led by an experienced HTC supervisor.
