Citizens Advice Wakefield District (CAWD) are seeking someone with experience of providing full generalist advice and assessments to join our team of Generalist Adviser and Outreach Workers. We are also able to consider a trainee position for someone new to advice work, for example, someone who has already begun training to be an Adviser or Assessor at a Citizens Advice office or at a similar advice organisation. A trainee would be required to quickly complete an intensive training programme and to work towards achieving competence in the role of Citizens Advice Assessor and Generalist Adviser in an outreach setting.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we are unable to consider any applications from applicants with no Generalist Advice or Assessor experience at all.

As some of the outreach locations are based inside hospitals and health settings a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check may be applicable.
